Been a very interesting six months in Bears Paw. New board eliminating our equity membership that had no money in the bank, was just the assessments that members had paid thru the years added onto the initial cost of $15,000 membership, really motivated prospects to purchase there dream location. This month our “initiation fee”, “club membership” or what I prefer to call a “transfer fee” is still only $17,500. We did have over 35 transfers since Jan and more coming this month. Our prices have settled to a level that is very appealing for the quality of our community. Located in the city limits of Naples, 297 residents on 244 acres with gulf access, Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, (no trail fees, range fees nor cart fees) fishing pier, boat ramp and slips, very comfortable clubhouse with dining and bar overlooking lake and course with sunset views daily as well as a fitness center with 2 bocce ball courts, and 24 hour gated security is a dream come true for residents.
you still have time to come to Naples to view and play golf before season residents return. Our summers are very enjoyable as traffic is down, resturants are not real busy and tee times are your choice. Our summer has even been cooler than most of the states to the north of us. Rain is always needed but not as predictable as in the years gone by.
